Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next business day. Expect an email within 1 to 2 business days to confirm that your order is on the way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer Free Standard shipping for all UK orders via Royal Mail 48 with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 3 working days.

We also offer Express Shipping via Royal Mail 24 with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days. There is a charge of £1.50

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

• United States
• Canada
• New Zealand
• Australia 

At this time, we do not ship to Europe or anywhere else in the World.

For orders to the United States, we use USPS Duty Paid service with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. 

For orders to Canada and New Zealand, we use Royal Mail with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Seven and Six Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

TRACKING:
